Nick Sanborn is a Grammy-nominated artist, multi-instrumentalist, DJ, and producer based in Durham, NC. He’s best known for his work as half of the electronic duo Sylvan Esso, and for his solo work under the moniker Made of Oak. As a solo artist, he recently released a collaborative EP 'Inertia' with the NC-based producer GRRL, as GRRL x Made of Oak. Sanborn's producing credits include acclaimed releases from Mountain Man, Flock of Dimes, Caroline Rose, Daughter of Swords, The Tallest Man on Earth, and more. He is a co-founder of both the Psychic Hotline record label as well as Betty’s, a recording studio based in Chapel Hill, NC.
